In 1915, the Misia of the congregation of the Daughters of Charity appeared in Pamplona.(Hijas de la Caridad). In 1922, the Bishop of Pamplona gave permission for the Foundation of the community, and in 1927, the construction of a large complex, including a Church, College and Seminary, began.

The building was designed by the famous Pamplona architect víctor Eusa. The Church was completed a year later, and consecrated in the name of the Miraculous Medallion (Iglesia de la Milagrosa on the map).

On the night of July 18, 1830, Catherine Laube, a nun of the congregation of the Daughters of Charity, awoke to hear the voice of a child calling her to the chapel located on Rue du BAC in Paris.
